35 km north of Paris and 30 min from Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport, an elegant residence dating from the early 1900s, with a more recent extension built in harmony with the same style. The whole property overlooks a 5-hectare park.

• Road: A1 exit n7, then N17 at Chapelle-en-Serval, towards Chantilly. From Chantilly, take the D 909

Meeting and reception rooms :

Located at garden level, 3 function rooms (A, B and C) enjoying natural daylight, with terrace opening onto the park; 2 rooms of 16 and 30 m2 (including E) with artificial lighting, reserved for sub-committees or production office.

Fixed price includes : paper board, overhead projector, screen, Wifi and ADSL-broadband Internet connection.

The "Bois Gourmand" restaurant welcomes you in elegant dining rooms with parquet flooring and fireplaces. Chef Jean-Pierre Picque is masterfully in charge throughout the seasons. In fine weather, meals on the terrace and arrangements for barbecues.
